Situated close to the Bank of England between Liverpool Street and Bank Station, 125 Old Broad Street is built on the upon the former Stock Exchange buildings which have been acquired by Hammerson. The construction will cover 30, 250 sqm of offices along with 600sqm retail space over a total of 26 floors.
